Duratic free life in just 1 week

A 50 years old male with 108 kg weight and 173 cm height contacted us from Delhi for the following problem. Let me put the case in his own words....

"Gender : Male

Age : 50 years

Status : Married with 2 kids

Symptoms

Fasting Sugar : 160

PP                  : 200+

Hb1AC           : 8

Itchy and Dry Skin

General Feeling of weakness & tiredness even after 10 hours of sound sleep 

No desire for water

Appetite is normal

Bowl movement normal

Hardly any urine if I don't take diuretic tablet - Dytor 40 mg

There is feeling of sexual dysfunction

Blood Pressure 98 / 130 - this is controlled after taking medicines

Weight  108 Kgs

Height 173 cms

Life Style - only 30 minutes walk in early morning, other wise sedentary lifestyle

Smoking - None Smoker

Drinks - Social Drinker - that to once in two months

Eating - prefer vegetarian diet, at times take non-veg like chicken

Medicines

For Diabetes

1.) 40 Units of Insulin twice in a day

2) Glimepiride - thrice in a day

For Hypertension -  bunch of drugs to control it

Further investigation revealed that he was also having fatty liver and his kidney function going low., GFR - 74.

We talked to the patient at length and explained his condition in detail and said that our primary aim should be to help the kidney filter out the toxins from the body and he should be able to pass urine normally.

With this goal  we started the treatment and within a week, we were able to see positive changes. He was able to pass urine normally and he didn't need duretics.
