On 25th May, 2024, A 20 year old college going girl from Rajasthan, India, visited my clinic with her mother, who herself is into allopathic medicines. She was underweight around 50 kg and very thin.
Initially she was bit hesitant to share her problems but later on she said that for the last 3 years she is having lots of burning and itching in the vagina. Blisters also come and the old Ultrasound report said cyst below the labia. Her previous MRI report said a lump below the labia. She was also having irregular periods and hormonal problems.
The doctors had done surgery twice to clean the blisters, remove the cyst and lump. but after a few months it again comes back with more severity.
The doctors said that it may turn cancerous after some time. They were very much worried and distressed. She was also having constipation and poor digestion.
I counseled her and discussed good hygiene and balanced diet. I recommended her some herbal medicines to be taken orally and some herbal lotion to wash the private parts.
Along with the medicine I recommended her vitamin C rich diet with lots of fruits, green leafy vegetables, dietary fiber and 4 - 5 liters of water daily.
The girl followed all the instructions religiously and the good result followed.
In 1 week her burning and itching subsidized. Her digestion also slowly improved. And from that day the blisters never returned. The lump has vanished completely. The blisters which used to come every month and she had to go to the gynecologist to get it cleaned, never came. For the last 9 months she is living a happy, hearty and medicine free life.
Many a times we fail to realize what nature has given us and we keep on going to the doctors who pump in chemicals in our body and the problems instead of getting cured are just suppressed for some time and it re occurs with much more severity. I recommend getting closer to the nature. We must increase our reliance on natural remedies because it gives better and long lasting results without side effects.
